Sucessful tender goes to SL Capital (1) Pte Ltd, a unit of Sustained Land, was nearly S$181.19 million, which translates to S$786.92 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). Second highest bid by Singland Homes S$168.80 million or S$733.11 psf ppr). Followed by third highest bid was Wee Hur Development. Sturdee Residences situated near City Square Mall, the 6,111.5 m² or 0.6-hectare site will offer approximately 265 new private homes in a 30-storey building.
