Long House Food Centre sold for $45.2 Million. TEE Ventures, a subsidiary of TEE Land Limited successfully bought over this popular food centre located along Upper Thomson Road. This famous eating spot is well-known for the prawn noodle, duck rice, goreng pisang and many more. This Long House ‘s Site was owned by the Ng’s family and was bought at $678,000 in 1980. This mean that the value of this plot of land has shot up to 66-fold over 33 years.

The land size is approximately 16,960 square feet (1,575.6 sqm) and based on the master plan 2008, this site is designated for Commercial and Residential use, with a Gross Plot Ratio of 3.0. Possible redevelopment into mix residential and commercial development in the future with shops on the lower levels and residential apartments on the upper levels.
