The LEAF-certified developments awards raised the bar in greening afforts. Senior Minister of State for National Development, Mr Lee Yi Shan presented the awards to the 12 new and existing developements on 19 August 2014. Recognised for thier efforts in building greenery and ecologically friendly landscapes. Among the LEAF recipents are developments like HDB estates, commercial building, residential condominium and educational institution.  Among these developments, 3 developments have been recognised as Outstanding Projects. They are Adana @Thomson condominium, SOLARIS and Tree House condominium.

Adana @ Thomson (Condominium) is proud to be one of the 12 developments awarded the Landscape Excellence Assessment Framework (LEAF) and also recognised as outstanding project by National Parks Singapore (Nparks). Adana Thomson utilised 100% of native species of shrubs, trees and creepers for its beautiful landscaping. The entire rooftop is covered by green gardenscape, linked and interweaved with walkways, jogging tracks, community gardening and recreational spaces for residents. Adana condo also serves as an extension of Central Catchment Nature Reserve and a green corridor to the Thomson area and Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park.
