Hong Leong Holdings Limited was first established in year 1968 as a private property development and investment section of the Hong Leong Group. Hong Leong Holdings is one of the very first property developers in Singapore and has since been a major property market player and among the most looked-after home providers. To date, the company has developed more than 50 residences and manages a dozen commercial properties. Among its most recent projects include both middle-class and luxury level residential developments all across Singapore.

They built the Hong Leong Garden, The Atria at Meyer, the Tulip Garden, The Makena, Riverside Piazza, Tanjong Ria, the Watermark Robertson Quay, Aalto, and Tate Residences.
The company’s flagship corporate building -the Hong Leong Building – was among the tallest buildings ever seen in the Central Business District when it was developed in 1975. Furthermore, the company is also an established hospitality institution and has raised the prestigious St. Regis Singapore, the M Hotel Singapore, and Copthorne Orchid Singapore. It also has a number of industrial developments, including Havelock Road Flatted Factory, Joo Seng Warehouse, and Intrepid Warehouse Complex, all of which are fully-operational. The Henderson Industrial Park is their latest industrial development, with units available for lease.
Current and Future Projects
Hong Leong holdings most recent projects include One Balmoral, the Bartley Residences, The Meyerise, The Bartley Ridge, and Hedges Park. All these residential developments are located in prime areas that ensure convenience and accessibility to residents.
