Strata landed houses may also be developed in the site area but only with prior written approval. The land parcel’s land number is 5056M and its MK number is MK 3.
The submission of tender for the lad parcel at Commonwealth Avenue is open until 12 noon of February 5, 2013 at the Procurement Office.
